About Zeynep Tor

Zeynep Tor is a partner in Hergüner’s corporate and M&A, real estate and energy practices, specialising in M&A, joint ventures, infrastructure projects, energy law and general corporate law matters. After graduating from Istanbul University Law School in 2007, she was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2008. Zeynep received her LLM degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2012, specialising in corporate and commercial law. She is a member of ILI-Istanbul, the Istanbul International Law Association and the London School of Economics and Political Science Alumni Association.
