About Stéphanie Beghe Sönmez

Stéphanie Beghe Sönmez co-heads the M&A department of Paksoy, heads the data protection and cybersecurity and IP practices, and co-heads the IT and internet law practice. She has over 25 years’ experience advising on foreign law aspects of cross-border M&As, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring for a variety of large foreign and Turkish industrial players and financial investors. Ms Beghe Sönmez also has significant expertise in IP, IT and data protection matters, assisting clients with their data protection compliance processes, data sharing and data transfer issues, and matters in relation to digitalisation and emerging technologies.
