Zekican Samlı has vast experience and knowledge in energy and natural resources, including renewable energy, nuclear energy and mining. Mr Samlı advises project sponsors, lenders, suppliers and other sector entities on drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, O&M contracts, energy supply and power purchase agreements, project implementation agreements, and corporate documents in relation to energy, infrastructure and construction as well as BOT projects. He assists investors in power, oil, gas, mining, and infrastructure investments, in various regulatory processes, PPPs and licencing requirements.
