About Leakena Chhim

Leakena Chhim is co-head of IP compliance at Sok Siphana Sethalay and is admitted to the Bar Association of Cambodia. She has been practicing law since 2012 and specialises in intellectual property, consumer products, technology and retail, advising on registration, enforcement and compliance matters. Leakena’s advises major pharmaceutical, apparel and retail companies on trade mark opposition, IP due diligence and regulatory compliance. She holds an LLM from the University of Brussels and serves on the councils of the ASEAN Intellectual Property Association and the Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia.
