About Dolores Cattaneo

Dolores Cattaneo is a senior associate at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, specialising in mining and environmental law. She advises corporations on environmental liability prevention, audits, due diligence, project development, administrative dossiers, public policy, and business transactions (M&A, project finance). Dolores has experience working with clients in renewable energy, petrochemicals, mining, industrial activities, ports, airports, maritime industries, agribusiness and construction. She is a member of the Argentine Institute of Mining Law. Dolores graduated from the University of Buenos Aires Law School in 2014, completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2016, and has accomplished a Master’s in Environmental Management at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
