About Andrew Kline

Andrew Kline is firmwide co-chair of cannabis law at Perkins Coie, counsels clients in established and emerging industries on regulatory compliance, due diligence, internal investigations, privacy, public policy, and litigation strategy. He brings a rare combination of legal, public policy, regulatory enforcement, rulemaking, and prosecutorial experience to his practice. Drawing on his decades of service in the highest levels of government and the private and non-profit sectors, Andrew represents clients in some of the most sensitive and challenging areas of law and policy.
