About Bernardo Cassagne

Bernardo Cassagne obtained his law degree from the School of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA), where he also conducted post-graduate studies in Economic Administrative Law. He then worked as a foreign attorney at Holme, Roberts & Owen law firm in the USA. Since his first years as a lawyer, Bernardo has advised on and participated in numerous national and international bidding processes for the privatisation of public utilities and/or general interest services. He is a leading figure in the Argentine legal market in the field of public law, and is also a specialist in competition law.
