About Simona Gallo

Simona Gallo is a lawyer qualified in Italy and England & Wales. Before joining bureau Plattner as a partner, she was a partner at Jenny Avvocati, a Milanese legal boutique. Her practice covers all types of commercial contracts and M&A transactions, with an increasing focus on new technologies and sales techniques. Simona has also advised in compliance matters and has gained extensive experience in data protection and compliance programmes under Legislative Decree 231/01. She has served as external compliance officer and external data protection officer, and has been a member of supervisory bodies in several companies. She works in English, French, and Italian.
