About Ulrika Swanson

Ulrika Swanson is a partner at CLK whose practice focuses on export controls and economic sanctions. As outside counsel to domestic and international companies in a wide range of industries, Ms Swanson represents clients before the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, and the Bureau of Industry and Security. She provides advice on regulatory compliance matters, including investment issues covered by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and the outbound investment rules, trade compliance for mergers and acquisitions, and domestic content requirements for government contracts. She also counsels clients on customs matters relating to supply chains and tariffs.
