Elena Sevila Sánchez
is a director in Andersen Tax & Legal's international arbitration group. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and related court litigation (including pre-contentious counselling, court assistance petitions, and challenges to and enforcement of arbitration awards). She represents and advises companies in international commercial disputes conducted under the auspices of a variety of rules such as the ICC, LCIA, AAA, SCC, CIETAC, and CIMA Rules. Elena Sevila also has expertise in investment arbitration and is currently advising two Spanish companies in the negotiation prior to ICSID arbitration. Elena Sevila has acted as secretary to the arbitral tribunal in more than 30 major international arbitrations. Member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid. Elena is author of numerous publications and is also a regular speaker at seminars. Since 2012, she has been a Professor of International Arbitration at the Master in Arbitration and International Business Law at the Saclay University in Paris.
