Dafna Amster Kahn
is head of the commercial team in the firm's high-tech practice, providing ongoing legal advice and support to emerging technology companies on commercial aspects of their activity, with an expertise in the legal aspects of big data processing and AI, including advising on data protection and privacy aspects of the product and of engagements with third parties. She also advises the department's clients on IP and privacy in their acquisition of or investment in Israeli technology companies. Dafna works with technology start-ups at all stages, in drafting and negotiating their agreements with customers, suppliers, consultants and service providers and has significant experience in representing technology companies in negotiations for sale of their products and services with Fortune 500 companies.
