Dafna Amster Kahn
is head of the commercial team at the firm's hi-tech department. She provides ongoing legal advice and support to emerging technology companies on commercial aspects of their activity, with an expertise in the legal aspects of big data processing and AI, including advising on the data protection and privacy aspects of the product and of engagement with third parties. Dafna also advises the department's clients on IP and privacy in their acquisition of, or investment in, Israeli technology companies. She works with technology start-ups, in drafting and negotiating their agreements with customers, suppliers, consultants and service providers.
