About Ehab Farah

Ehab Farah is a tax partner at Herzog Fox & Neeman and his work focuses on corporate tax matters, including tax aspects of M&A, and transactions involving investment funds and financial institutions. Ehab has been involved in significant M&A transactions in Israel during the past decade. Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Ehab practised for five years at two New York law firms, where he focused on corporate and international tax law. Prior to that, he managed his own practice in Israel for ten years. Ehab is an adjunct lecturer in tax law at Haifa University and has published several articles.
