About Joseph (Yossi) Ashkenazi

Joseph (Yossi) Ashkenazi co-heads Herzog Fox & Neeman’s litigation and dispute resolution department. With more than 28 years of experience, Yossi's work is concentrated in the field of complex litigation where he has experience in a wide variety of areas, including class action proceedings, corporate and securities litigation, commercial litigation and white-collar proceedings. Yossi has accumulated considerable experience representing multinationals in Israeli commercial and civil disputes and in class actions in various fields, many of which are litigated in Israel parallel to similar claims in other jurisdictions. Yossi has argued various cases before the Supreme Court of Israel, including precedential cases pertaining to the private international law rules applicable to multinational defendants in class actions.
