About Liran Barak

Liran Barak is a partner at Herzog Fox & Neeman, heading the firm’s gaming regulatory practice and advising clients on a wide range of issues related to the law of online gaming. He specialises in the area of gambling law, with a focus on matters pertaining to regulation, licensing, M&A, ongoing compliance and litigation. In his work, Liran helps clients devise a global outlook for operations, advises on market access strategies, accompanies licensing processes and provides risk analysis and regulatory compliance counselling in light of regulatory changes. Liran has successful licensing experience in over 30 jurisdictions, working on licensing applications and representing clients in their discussions with regulators.
