About Noam Tzur
Noam Tzur
has been a member of Herzog’s antitrust and competition department since 2021. Noam provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in diverse competition and antitrust matters such as proceedings before the ICA, antitrust class actions and merger control issues. Prior to joining Herzog, he interned at the ICA’s legal department, where he handled both criminal and administrative procedures. In addition, Noam was a member of the ICA’s “Mergers Team”, where he gained extensive experience in the Israeli merger control regime.
