About Niva Orion

Niva Orion has been a member of Herzog’s antitrust and competition department since 2024. Niva provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in diverse competition and antitrust matters such as proceedings before the ICA, antitrust class actions and merger control issues. Prior to joining Herzog, Niva studied at Columbia Law School, and earned an LLM with distinction.
