Talya Solomon
has been leading Herzog’s antitrust and competition department since 2015 and practising antitrust law since 1999. As a former team leader of the Israeli Competition Authority’s legal department (the ICA), Talya has extensive experience representing clients before the ICA. She also handles large and complex economic cases regarding all competition issues. Talya has unique expertise in handling complex antitrust class action suits and civil antitrust litigation suits. She has successfully represented many multinational and Israeli clients in high-profile antitrust class actions, including class actions filed in Israel against cartels (air cargo cartel, the GIS cartel, the bakeries cartel, and more).
