About Antonio Bruni

Antonio Bruni is a partner in the banking and finance practice at Machado Meyer, specialising in domestic and cross-border financing, both bilateral and syndicated. Experienced in asset management, the maritime and automotive industries, leveraged buyouts and complex financing structures governed by New York law, M&A transactions and incorporation and accreditation of asset managers with the CVM, he advises on the structuring, review of terms, and implementation of financing transactions, discussions with bank syndicate representatives and agents, preparation of guarantee and credit support packages, purchase and sale agreements and advice to foreign clients. Antonio is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and the New York State Bar.
