About André Fortunato

André Fortunato works on transactional, corporate and regulatory matters in the insurance and reinsurance industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree (LLB) from the University of São Paulo (2020). He has extensive experience in insurance distribution transactions, bancassurance, M&A and corporate reorganisations involving insurers, reinsurers, and insurance and reinsurance brokers. He also advises on risk transfers via the issuance of insurance-linked securities to special purpose insurance companies, investment fund managers, financial institutions and other players.
