has been working at Machado Meyer for more than 12 years in the business and banking areas of law, focusing on banking, foreign exchange, payments and fintech regulation, including topics such as electronic means of payment, PIX, Open Banking, crypto-economics, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, ICOs and tokenisation, in addition to new regulation structures, such as regulatory sandboxes and innovation incentive programmes in the sector. She also advises business in general and in matters related to technology and innovation, such as the structuring of joint ventures, partnerships, investment structures and national and foreign financing for startups (including venture capital), M&A, capital markets and project finance.
