Guilherme Bueno Malouf is the head of the business law department at Machado Meyer Advogados, which covers the firm’s M&A and private equity, corporate and capital markets practices. He is an expert in M&A transactions, private equity investments and the organisation of structured investment funds, especially private equity investment funds (FIPs), real estate investment funds (FIIs) and asset-backed securities investment funds (FIDCs). Guilherme has extensive experience in the food and beverage, steel, cement, real estate, energy, services, technology and retail sectors. In addition to serving as head of the M&A practice, he is also a member of the firm’s Asian desk.
