About Guilherme Spinacé

Guilherme Spinacé is a lawyer at Machado Meyer who specialises in project financing, local and international structured transactions focused on regulated sectors and capital markets involving infrastructure projects. Guilherme advises companies, banks, multilateral organisations, export credit agencies and insurers, strategic and financial investors, and Brazilian or foreign investment funds, with experience in sectors such as energy, sanitation, agribusiness, ESG, ports and airports, highways, oil and gas, maritime, banking, and the sugar and alcohol industries. Guilherme holds a Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from the University of São Paulo and lato sensu postgraduate degrees in Economic Law, Business Administration and Corporate Finance from FGV.
