About Débora Chaves Martines Fernandes

Débora Chaves Martines Fernandes is a senior associate at Machado Meyer, Sendacz e Opice with expertise in procedural law and class actions. She has an LLB and a master’s degree from the University of São Paulo, and an LLM from Harvard Law School. Her practice focuses on litigation and arbitration, defending the interests of clients in various industries, such as banking, logistics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and retail. Débora also works in judicial reorganisation, bankruptcy and debt restructuring proceedings.
