About Mauro Cesar Leschziner

Mauro Cesar Leschziner is a senior partner at Machado Meyer, with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions. He represents national and foreign companies, as well as private equity funds, in their investments and divestitures. Mauro provides routine legal assistance to his clients in drafting complex contracts and in corporate affairs. A large part of his work involves assisting in the structuring, negotiation and formalisation of M&A and private equity operations, and providing legal support to international investors initiating activities in Brazil. Mauro is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
