About Mauro Bardawil Penteado

Mauro Bardawil Penteado is a highly experienced partner and co-head of the Infrastructure, Energy and Project Finance practice at Machado Meyer, specialising in advising financial institutions, private companies and private equity funds on complex financial and commercial transactions. With expertise in M&A and private investments in regulated sectors, he focuses on concessions, privatisations, project financing and large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. He also brings notable experience in structuring and modelling PPPs. Mauro holds an LLM from the University of Virginia, gained international experience at Chadbourne & Parke in New York, and is a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association.
