About Pedro Saullo

Pedro Saullo is a senior associate at Machado Meyer and has experience in public and regulatory law. He provides full assistance to Brazilian and foreign firms in public tenders, the execution of contracts with the government, partnerships between private corporations and state-owned companies, privatisations and disputes arising therefrom, either in court or at the administrative level. He has actively participated in projects for structuring concessions and public-private partnerships either for the government or for international organisations (such as the IFC). Pedro also has expertise in dealing with regulatory issues and relationships with agencies in the roadways, sanitation, telecommunications and railroads sectors.
