About Rafael de Freitas Santos

Rafael de Freitas Santos works with insurance, reinsurance and private pensions, focusing on M&A transactions, contracts, credit recoveries, claims regulation, litigation, and advisory and regulatory demands related to the industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree (LLB) from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2024), and is a collaborating member of the Special Insurance and Reinsurance Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP) and a member of the Risk and Insurance Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil.
