About Gil Brandes
Gil Brandes
is a partner in Naschitz Brandes Amir’s Corporate Group. He is co-head of the firm’s Hi-Tech Practice and a member of its Private Equity & Venture Capital Practice. Mr Brandes advises hi-tech companies, including those in the technology and life sciences sectors, on corporate and transactional matters, including company formation, financing, and exit transactions. He also has extensive experience advising clients in complex litigation matters. Mr Brandes has represented clients from early-stage development through growth and exit, including public offerings and strategic acquisitions. His experience includes advising companies such as LanOptics (later EZchip, sold to Mellanox Technologies), Provigent (sold to Broadcom), Whale Communications (sold to Microsoft), and Sansa Security (sold to ARM).
