Francisco Ferreira is a senior partner at Aroeira Salles Advogados with 20 years of experience in advising on complex and high-value construction projects. He specialises in construction litigation and arbitration, often involving extensive expert witness work and detailed project agreements. He works closely with clients to develop procedural strategies and represents them in negotiations, mediation, and before Brazil’s superior courts, including the Supreme Federal Court and the Superior Court of Justice. He also co-ordinates cross-border construction proceedings alongside international counsel. Since 2005, he has served as a Public Attorney for the Municipality of Belo Horizonte, bringing deep administrative insight to disputes in the construction sector.
