About Kobi Ben Chitrit

Kobi Ben Chitrit is a senior partner at Yigal Arnon & Co. and a member of its executive committee. He represents founders and start-up companies from idea to exit, and has extensive experience in leading their incorporation and tax structuring, equity and debt financing (including complex rights offerings, "wash outs", "pay to play" and financing involving shareholders’ disputes), secondary financings, exits (through either M&A or an IPO), and complex commercial transactions (eg, JVs, licensing arrangements and OEM transactions). Kobi also represents Israeli and foreign acquirers and investors in acquisitions and financings of Israeli start-ups. He is a lecturer at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, teaching a course on investments in and exits from start-ups.
