About Micki Shapira

Micki Shapira is a partner in the corporate and commercial department at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy and also head of the firm’s Asia practice. He has expertise in public and private M&As and PE and VC transactions and extensive experience with cross-border transactions, including with the US, China, Japan and EU countries. He advises both domestic and foreign companies on a variety of corporate matters, representing clients in significant Israel-related M&A and commercial transactions. He served as the chairman of the Corporate Committee of the Israeli Bar Association, Tel Aviv District for four years and worked for six years at two leading law firms in the USA.
