Shai Margalit is a partner at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy. He specialises in complex financing transactions, insolvency law, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings, including offerings of both equity and debt securities. He offers legal counsel to investment funds, banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, and other lenders from Israel and abroad. As part of his work in the realm of complex transactions, Shai supports private and public companies and financial institutions and assists in facilitating large-scale acquisitions, sales, spin-offs, mergers, investments, financings, restructurings, loan syndications, debt arrangements, securitisations, the purchase and sale of credit portfolios, as well as other commercial transactions.
