Tal Haiman Nahir is a senior associate in Arnon, Tadmor-Levy’s corporate and M&A practice. Tal’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments and financings. In addition, Tal provides legal counsel to start-ups and emerging growth companies in a broad range of industries, assisting them with ongoing corporate matters, commercial transactions and joint ventures. Tal joined the firm’s practice after serving as a legal compliance officer in the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
