She has experience advising clients on compliance with the Australian Consumer Law in areas including advertising claims and copy approval, product warranties and guarantees, product safety and product recall strategy. She also advises clients operating within the health and life sciences industry on regulatory issues regarding their pharmaceutical products and medical devices including ARTG registration, PBS listing and advertising of therapeutic goods.
