Caio Ferreira Silva
has been a member of the corporate/structured finance practice of Pinheiro Neto Advogados since 2001. His practice primarily focuses on investment funds, banking and finance, and encompasses project finance, structured/corporate finance, securitisations, public-private partnerships, privatisations, capital markets and M&A. Having graduated with an LLB degree from the University of São Paulo in 2003, he holds a major in business and tax administration law. He also holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the same university (2007) and an LLM degree from Harvard Law School (2011). He worked as an international associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
