About Carlos Vilhena

Carlos Vilhena is a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He oversees the firm’s mining and government relations practices. Carlos has an LLB from the Law School of the University of Brasília and an LLM from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee. He is the Treasurer of SEERIL at the International Bar Association and the Secretary of the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law. In his mining practice, he has advised exploration and mining companies and investors on a wide variety of mining-related issues. Carlos has been continually listed as a top mining lawyer.
