Angela Fan Chi Kung
is a partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados in Brazil, practising in the area of life sciences, mostly representing international clients from the health industry, both in regulatory and compliance matters. Ms Kung graduated at the State University of Sao Paulo, Law School, earned an LLM degree at Georgetown University and qualified as a specialist in Sanitary Law at the State University of São Paulo, Public Health School. She is a professor of law for regulated industries in several institutions in Brazil (FGV, Instituto Sírio Libanês, Santa Casa de Misericódia). She is a member of OAB – Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, a member of the Sanitary Law Committee, a member of SBMF – Sociedade Brasileira de Medicina Farmacêutica, a member of the Board of the Regulatory Affairs, a member of Sindusfarma – Sindicato da Indústria de Produtos Farmacêuticos no Estado de São Paulo, a member of UNIFESP – Universidade Federal de São Paulo, and a member volunteer of the Research Ethics Committee. Ms Kung has contributed to several publications on the subject of life sciences.
