He is a member of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (and chair of the ABPI’s Competition Commission), the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the IP Commission of the ICC, and has written for several legal publications on a range of subjects, including IP, data protection, copyright and unfair trading practices. Jose Mauro has a Master’s degree in civil procedure from São Paulo Catholic University and an LLM degree in law, science and technology from Stanford Law School.
