About Sérgio Pinheiro Marçal

Sérgio Pinheiro Marçal is a partner whose primary areas of practice are class actions, consumer law, product liability, product safety, civil litigation and life sciences. He has a Master’s degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and an LLM in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley, and he was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association in 1986. Sérgio is the author of several articles published by specialised national and international legal publications.
