About Baptiste Aubry

Baptiste Aubry is a partner in the Luxembourg corporate team at Maples and Calder (Maples Group’s law firm), where he specialises in cross-border M&A, private equity deals and corporate restructurings. Baptiste joined the Maples Group in 2018; he was previously a partner in the corporate/M&A group at AMMC Law. He speaks English and French.
