About David Allen

David Allen is a partner in the Jersey corporate team at Maples and Calder (Maples Group’s law firm). He advises on cross-border M&A, IPOs and private equity transactions. David has acted on a wide range of Jersey corporate finance (particularly AIM, main-market and US listings of Jersey companies) and mergers and acquisitions transactions, and he provides general corporate advice. David also has particular expertise in relation to large M&A transactions conducted via Jersey schemes of arrangement.
