About Dan Beckett

Dan Beckett is a partner in the funds and investment management team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm, in the London office. He advises on the formation, ongoing maintenance and restructuring of both open-ended and private equity funds as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Dan also has a specialism in unit trusts and advises trustees, administrators, managers and investors on all aspects of unit trust work, particularly with respect to the Japanese market.
