is a partner in the Cayman Islands funds and investment management team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm. He represents a wide range of private equity and venture capital sponsors on matters involving structuring, formation and operation of private funds. He also regularly advises on downstream private equity and venture capital transactions and portfolio investments and on related corporate transactions, including joint ventures, co-investments, management equity, buy-outs and restructurings.
