About Jo Cunningham

Jo Cunningham is a partner in the Cayman Islands funds and investment management team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm. Acting for a range of investment advisers, from start-up managers to some of the most sophisticated, institutional asset managers across a broad spectrum of asset classes from hedge and multi-strategy to digital, credit and private equity, she advises on all aspects of Cayman Islands investment funds and related downstream transactions. She is regularly instructed to advise on complex fund and upper-tier reorganisations, spin outs, manager acquisitions and succession planning.
