Philip Dickinson is a partner of the Cayman Islands funds and investment management team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm. He specialises in the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of Cayman Islands investment funds. He represents numerous private equity firms and fund managers in the establishment of fund structures, seed capital arrangements, restructurings, acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, downstream transactions and fund investment realisations.
