About Ruairi Bourke

Ruairi Bourke is co-head of the British Virgin Islands corporate, finance, and funds and investment management teams at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm. He advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, stock exchange listings, private equity structures, private placements, corporate restructuring and reorganisation transactions and the formation of joint ventures. On the finance side, Ruairi advises on acquisition, real estate, ship and aircraft finance transactions. He also has significant experience in capital markets transactions, including both equity and debt.
