Wanda Ebanks is a partner in the Cayman Islands finance and banking team at Maples and Calder.  She specialises in repackagings and structured finance transactions and also assists clients with local licensing and registration.  Wanda has experience in ship and aircraft finance registration, licensing and equity formation, immigration, employment, licensing and physical presence establishment particularly with respect to family offices and high net worth individuals looking to relocate to the Cayman Islands.  She has experience working with export credit agencies in Europe and Latin America, and with airlines globally in the set up and operation of local special purpose vehicles to participate in the acquisition, finance and leasing of aircraft.
