About Yann Hilpert

Yann Hilpert is co-head of Maples and Calder (Luxembourg)‘s Finance team at the Maples Group. With over 20 years’ experience practising in Luxembourg, Yann focuses on leveraged finance, secured lending transactions, fund finance, securitisation, asset finance and debt capital markets. He advises private equity houses, alternative investment funds, financial institutions, multinational companies and high net worth individuals. Yann joined the Maples Group in 2024. He was previously a partner at AKD in Luxembourg and, prior to that, worked for Dentons in Luxembourg.
