Mark Gilligan of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius focuses his practice on corporate and commercial law. He advises private and institutional clients on various commercial transactions and arrangements, including corporate structuring, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
