About Brian Headman

Brian Headman is a senior California litigator, trial attorney and one of the leaders of Theodora Oringher PC’s construction practice. He serves as claims, litigation and trial counsel on some of California’s most prominent and complex projects, including major airport, roadway, public facility, private commercial development and multifamily projects. His practice spans delay, disruption, acceleration, changed conditions, defective work, design disputes, prompt payment, surety, construction injuries and public contracting issues. He also drafts and advises on construction contracts and risk allocation. Brian has substantial jury trial experience and is a member of the State Bar of California.
